I love nails just as much as the next girl! Ok. Probably an unhealthy amount more than your average girl but who cares! It's a form of art and there are so many beautiful ideas out there! Share your manicures!

Comparison: Julep "Harper" and Sinful Colors "Nail Junkie"
I am in love with these two polishes!
I bought Nail Junkie a while ago. Harper came with my December Julep Maven box. When I saw it I was in love!
And then I was like...wait a second. I have definitely seen this before.
The difference? Nail Junkie is just a HAIR darker. All nails are three coats with 1 coat Seche Vite. Any guesses as to which is which?
Pointer and ring are Harper.
Middle and pinky are Nail Junkie.
What do you guys think?

Cupcake nails tutorial!
I love cupcake nails. Perfect for Birthdays!
Step#1: Paint your nails your choice of color. I did two different colors.
Step#2: Draw a line dividing your "icing" and wrapper.
Step#3: Paint the bottom half if your cupcake the color of your wrapper. I chose brown but you could use any color.
Step#4: Using a dotting tool (or bobby pin, bottom of paint/makeup, whatever you can get your hands on.), make your icing hang over the edge of the wrapper by dotting the icing color on the dividing line.
Step#5: Give your wrapper some definition by highlighting the "crinkles." I used silver.
Step#6: Give that cupcake some sprinkles!
There you go! For my other nails I did streamers and a birthday present.
Polishes used:
Sally Hansen: Fuschia Bling Bling.
Sally Hansen Instadri: Lively Lilac.
Stripe Rite: Silver.
Nail Art by Diamond Cosmetics: Cocoa.
Klean color Nail Art: Sky Blue.

I decided to do a Christmas challenge this year! I know I'm a day late (oops!)
This is my first attempt at caviar nails! I think if I practiced a little bit I could get the hang of it!

Nutra-nail UV free "gel" polish.
I would like to start off by saying that I hate giving a negative review. BUT... I don't want you to spend $14 or so on this garbage.
The instructions were simple, you do have to like....switch brushes and stuff after 5 nails, which seemed like a little hassle. I only did my thumbnail, since I had already seen a negative review on this.
NOTE: on this box there was no "lasts up to (x) days!" For good reason.
I wasn't able to give you a sunlight picture of my nail because by the time I had gotten ready in the morning, it had chipped. -.- I had only done the nail the night before!
Removal: yucky. Goopy. Blegh. I used pure acetone and let it soak. Even then I still had to do a lot of scrubbing.
All in all, don't waste your money. Use regular polish and Seche Vite and you'll fare much better!
Have any of you used this product?

Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri Nail Color: Lively Lilac!
This is definitely one of my FAVORITE polishes. One coat honestly does it. I use two of course, just to make it really solid.
The brush is an awesome rounded thick tip, so there is really no cleanup needed!
They run around $4-$5 a piece, but they go a long way! I definitely recommend this product.
How many of you use this type of polish?
